You do not need to create them manually or send them to us. This section explains where you can download these ## Agreement The agreement is the key document that defines the main terms of cooperation between your Company and Kleos. You can download it from the **“Documents”** section [of your profile](https://app.kleos.io/profile).

Companies receive the agreement for signing automatically through the **DocuSign** electronic signature system. Once signed, the agreement remains available in [your personal account](https://app.kleos.io/profile). ## **Invoices** Top-up invoices are generated when you create a balance top-up request. To download the PDF file, go to **“History” → “Top-ups,”** select the relevant top-up, and click **“Download PDF invoice”.**
