# How to Complete the Company Profile

**The first important step is to complete your Company profile.**\
You can do this in two ways: by clicking the **Start** button in the checklist or by clicking your Company name in the upper-right corner of the screen.

Next, complete all the required fields on the profile page, following the screenshots below as a guide.

{% hint style="warning" %}
The fields may differ depending on your company’s country of registration. Please make sure to provide accurate information, as it will be included in the agreement.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
We recommend completing the profile carefully and in full. Accurate information is required to prepare documents correctly, including the agreement, and will make reporting much easier.
{% endhint %}

Once your profile has been completed, the next step is to sign the agreement with Kleos. For more details, see the article: [How to Sign Your Agreement with Kleos](/for-contractors-1/how-to-sign-your-agreement-with-kleos.md)
